Recently noticed a shiny black spot at the edge of the dial on my 16800, between 12 and 1 o’clock. I had the watch serviced in August 2019. They serviced the movement and changed all parts necessary to maintain water resistance. So, just received SARB027 today. It's great. However, I'm anal and was looking .It could be that whatever was used to adhere the blue stones to the dial is causing it bubble .

So, just received SARB027 today. It's great. However, I'm anal and was looking at it closely (within 6 inches or so) and spotted 2 black dots. One next to the 11 marker. Another smaller/fainter one above "Automatic" words. The faint one is really hard to spot, the other is tiny, but dark. I stress that it truly is tiny, lol. It could be that whatever was used to adhere the blue stones to the dial is causing it bubble and peel. Just a thought. I have seen dials like this with rubies but not sapphires. If the original rubies were removed and the sapphires swapped in, that could explain the bubbling of the gold surface layer.
