According to its manual, the full name is Omega Speedmaster QUARTZ LCD caliber 1620 (funny how they would still brag about the name ‘quartz’ putting it in capitals) and on the booklet it says ref. 39053000. After replacing the two batteries it runs like new!

Although it has only basic functions by today's standards, it is nevertheless still a very accurate watch, capable of 0.15 seconds per day, or 5 seconds per month. Until now I never understood why the watch said "Seamaster" but the manual said "Speedmaster". If the manual applies to both Calibre LCD 1620 models, it would make sense. So, I gather the correct name is: Omega Seamaster Quartz Calibre LCD 1620, ST 386.0803.
