It's my understanding this bag is to replace the recently discontinued Bloomsbury. While I love the look of Bloomsbury, it didn't work for me because of the wide bottom. It was simply too big for my frame and . The strap on the Bloomsbury is 43" at the longest setting. I wear it at the third longest hole which is about 40". I'm 5'6" and long waisted. Worn cross-body, it hits me at the hip, which is where I want it to be. Maybe someone with a South Beach can measure the strap for comparison. Yes, I’ll measure my strap tonight.

I plan to wear it crossbody rather than on the shoulder. How ever the new one is also pretty. Am now having a look at graceful mm. Does it makes sense to have both of these bags? It’s small but can actually stuff a lot. I didn’t try the LV before. But I read ppl review that both can stuff about the same amount.
