Came across an omega seamaster at a flee market. Beautiful watch. Beautiful condition. It was a stainless steel with no date window. 1964-1968 I'd say. It did have an omega caseback with proper markings on the inside but didn't have the horse and logo on the outside. Today, the Seahorse logo can be found on select Omega Speedmaster, Seamaster and Railmaster models with solid case backs. If it’s part of the watch’s design, a well-detailed engraving of the Seahorse is one of the hallmarks of an original Omega watch.
